Gijo Joseph

As Director & CEO of Kotak Mahindra (UK) Ltd., Dubai branch, Gijo is responsible for business development in Middle East & Africa, looking after Institutional business as well as distribution.Gijo joined the Kotak group in India in 2001 as part of Kotak Securities heading business development for the state of Karnataka. Since then he has been a part of various functions/businesses which include Kotak Mahindra International Ltd. Dubai & Kotak Mahindra International Ltd. Mauritius before joining Kotak Mahindra (UK) Ltd., Dubai in 2007. Prior to joining the Kotak group Gijo has worked with Mercantile Securities Ltd., a South India based stock broking firm in various capacities.Gijo is a MBA (Finance) from Bharthiyar University, Coimbatore and a BBA (Finance) from Mangalore University.
