Prakash Ramaseshan

With experience of over 20 years in the Indian financial services business, Prakash is the Principal Investment Manager of the
Quasi Private Equity team. Having successfully raised about USD 130 million for the Kotak India Focus Fund (KIFF) strategy; the team has been investing since August 2007. Before joining Kotak in October 2006, he spent 2½ years managing Indian equity / property assets for Family Offices using a deep value long term investment approach. It is this unique investment approach which Prakash has brought into KIFF. Prakash has previously worked with "best of breed" global financial services institutions across Advisory, Equities and Debt. Prakash is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Madras Christian College.
