Taher H. Badshah

With over 15 years of experience, Taher is an Investment Advisor with the team. He makes recommendations for the long-only strategy with a focus on the large capitalization funds including the Kotak Indian Growth Fund. Over the years, Taher has been associated with stock-picking across a wide array of industries, including automobiles, commodities, metals and engineering. Prior to joining Kotak, Taher was a fund manager with Prudential ICICI Asset Management and before that, an equity analyst with Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd and Kotak Institutional Equities. Taher also holds a Masters degree in Management Studies (Finance) from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Bombay.
